Industry Competitiveness Support Division : (ICD)is an academic center and responsible for promoting the living conditions of the community, the technology adaptation, development and technology transfer for agriculture and industry, coordinating with external agencies, creating a regional network,providing consultations, supporting various business operations for stability and sustainability,supporting research and product development for entrepreneurs,upgrading production technology,providing analysis services for laboratories,bringing the research results to commercial use. There are departments under the administrative structure which are responsible for providing services and related tasks.
